Mediations don’t stall at the table

Most mediations don’t fail in the room. They stall between sessions, waiting on a pension statement, a valuation or a reply, and three weeks later nobody remembers which proposal was on the table.

None of that is about conflict. It’s logistics, and logistics is what software should be good at. That’s the problem we started with.
